1. 7-Day Return Window<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Malak Boutique<\/strong>, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 calendar days<\/strong> from the date you received your item to initiate a return or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Eligibility for Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition<\/strong> that you received it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The item must be in its original packaging<\/strong> with all tags still attached.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3. Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Due to hygiene and the personalized nature of our boutique, the following items cannot<\/strong> be returned or exchanged:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Customized Clothing:<\/strong> Any Makhwir or Dresses ordered “With Size” or with specific “Length” modifications (48 to 60) are custom-made to your requirements and are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fragrances:<\/strong> For hygiene reasons, Dukhoon and Perfumes cannot be returned once the original seal or packaging has been opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Sale Items:<\/strong> Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. Damaged or Defective Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +971 50 505 6853<\/strong> with a photo of the defect. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Refund Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or provided as store credit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        6. Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Shipping costs are non-refundable<\/strong>. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
