1. Introduction

Welcome to Malak Boutique. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

The “Malak” logo, website design, images (including product grids and photography), and content are the exclusive property of Malak Boutique. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Information & Pricing

Accuracy: We strive to ensure all descriptions and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Pricing Structure: Our base price for unstitched/standard items is 650 AED. Selecting a specific size (XS–XXL) and length (48–60) will incur an additional 50 AED customization fee, bringing the total to 700 AED.
Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

4. Orders and Customization

By placing an order for a “With Size” product, you acknowledge that the item is being tailored specifically to your chosen measurements.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate sizing and length (48–60) and any additional notes at the time of purchase.

5. Payment

All payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). We use secure payment gateways to ensure your transaction information is protected. Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across the UAE and GCC regions.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and whether the item requires custom tailoring.
Malak Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or third-party courier issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

Malak Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
