Refund and Returns Policy

1. 7-Day Return Window

At Malak Boutique, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and the personalized nature of our boutique, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized Clothing: Any Makhwir or Dresses ordered “With Size” or with specific “Length” modifications (48 to 60) are custom-made to your requirements and are non-refundable.
Fragrances: For hygiene reasons, Dukhoon and Perfumes cannot be returned once the original seal or packaging has been opened.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +971 50 505 6853 with a photo of the defect. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or provided as store credit.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
